'Nam...
Well, I've kind of neglected this blog thingy since no-one commented on anything previously... But that may have been because when I first invited people to comment, they had to have a Google account, and now I've changed the settings so that's not necessary. I think/hope.
Anyway, on the offchance... We've played quite a few gigs ince my last post, but a great gig at Nambucca last night is the first one that's inspired me to get back on the blog... Onstage sound was great so we were able to give it everything we had with complete confidence - hats off to Ander.
Whilst I only saw their sound check, I think it's safe to say Max Raptor were amazing, and I really enjoyed The Cut Outs too... http://www.myspace.com/maxraptor, http://www.myspace.com/alloutcutouts respectively.
Anyway, Sunflies set list was:
Sticks and Stones
Vampires
Caroline Slipped Across The Sky
Unholy
Stranger
Forever
Too Late For Hate

J

You'll basically get a note when live dates are announced or approaching and when new releases are available etc. Probably about two emails per month.

Winkyfest 2008
Hi, I've started this blog in order to provide you with a feedback loop on all things Sunflies. So please feel free to add your comments to this post about Winkyfest, which took place at The Paddington in Bedford on Saturday 14th June 2008 - headlined by Sunflies - in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
What did you think of the event? What did you think of our set?
We hit the stage around quarter to eleven and played:
Sticks and Stones
Vampires
Poison Light
Caroline Slipped Across The Sky
Head
This Crime
Stranger
Unholy
Too Late For Hate
ENCORE: Breathe
We thought the crowd was awesome! I was being sarcastic when I said you seemed subdued! :OP
Oh, and I think a decent amount of money was raise for chariddy!
